I'm a professional coach specializing in Wellness & Purpose with over 20 years experience in mentoring and a human science degree from Dalhousie. Along with my knowledge and years of experience; I am a reiki healer, yogi instructor, musician, and mother of two.
One of my favourite moments is when I see my clients light up, realizing, remembering, awakening. We are all born with a unique purpose on this earth. Answering this purpose and sharing our gifts with humanity runs deep in the fabric of our beings. When we are not answering to that call, our spirit can feel passionless.

I was lost in the chaos, feeling empty inside. Yearnings in my heart. I knew deep down I was destined for more. Awake in body but asleep to my very own soul. Until one day I HAD ENOUGH.
I asked out loud "Is this what I was meant for"?
But what had answered back was beyond my WILDEST DREAMS. Clear propelling vision filled my soul. Passion was my new driving force.

*The adventure of a life time happened, I travelled to Australia and worked for an outdoor education company living in my dream town Byron Bay
*I met my dream partner and had two beautiful children
*Creativity was on the high!
*A complete album of songs were inspired. In 2018 I recorded and released "Believe", my childhood dream even came true. Ps. I am self taught
*Life took a complete turn. I moved from a victim in my life to a master creator of my life.
